This was taken among the crowd in a Summer festival in Pico island (Azores - Portuguese archipelago in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean) in a small town called St. Roque.

I don't know if there is an English name for this kind of firework put in Portuguese we call it "Fogo Preso" (something like "Steady Fireworks"). As you can see in the photo, it's like a controlled firework. In this case, they used the rocket's energy to move the a human figure to ride a bicycle giving us a great firework show.
